We want you to love your Pink Lily finds, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method or an instant store credit to use on your next boutique haul.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for updates on your return status.
